I can only attend one day. Is there a day pass?

You can register for one day only, for $125 with the Select Day pass. Please note that the Select Day pass is only available on Tuesday OR Wednesday OR Thursday and cannot be combined. If you have someone else on your team that can take your place on the other days, then you can register for the full conference and check the FREE add-on “Share Pass.”

What is the Share Pass program?

If you have team members that can only come to part of the conference, then you can take part in our Share Pass program at no extra cost! All you need to do is during the registration, register the person who will attend on the first day, then click on the free “Share Pass” in the “Add-on” section of the registration form. When the first person checks in with registration, there will be a “S” on his/her nametag indicating that this is a “Share Pass.” The person who gets the pass next can take it to the registration table and get a new one made with their name on it!

What meals are included with registration?

Lunch is included on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday. Each meal will have a percentage of a vegetarian options, but we cannot guarantee quantities. If you want to stay at the church for a catered dinner, then you will need to add-on the dinner ticket ($20 total for Tuesday and Wednesday) during your registration. Dinner tickets will not be available to purchase after the Standard price deadline. Please note, if you have already registered and want to add the dinner ticket, email stephanie@wlmag.com or call 949-240-9339 for add-on’s to your existing registration.

Do I need to pre-register for workshops?

You don’t sign up beforehand, you just go the workshops you want to…most are taught multiple times, and 2 weeks after the event you will get a link for the mp3s of all the workshops.

What is the cancellation policy?

Registrations may be transferred to another person for the same conference at any time. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted no later than 60 days prior to the conference. No cancellations or refunds will be processed after that date. When a registration is made for our conference, we begin to prepare a spot for each guest – conference materials are printed, food ordered, etc. A $50 processing fee (per person) will apply to all cancellations, this helps to offset the preparation that has already been done. Registrations may be transferred to next year’s conference no later than 10 days before a conference starts; transferred registrations are good for one year from the date of the original conference.

Can my family come to the evening nights of worship?

As space permits, we will have free tickets for registered attendees to bring those traveling with them to evening nights of worship. Tickets will not be available until Monday’s registration.

I have some junior high/middle-school aged students I’d like to register for the conference at the mentoree rate, is that too young?

Many churches have Junior High and High School age team members. This training event welcomes those members who serve on your team to register for this conference.

How can I connect with another attendee about sharing a rental car?

At the top of this page, there is a travel forum where you can post your travel request.

How does the mentoree rate work?

The mentoree rate was established to make it more affordable for you to bring those younger team members that you are mentoring. You may have more than one mentoree per adult registration.

Is childcare available?

Childcare is not available. Families are important to us, but because this is a training event, children and infants are not permitted in any of the sessions.

I have 10 or more people that I'd like to bring. Do you have an additional discount?

Do you have any scholarships available for attendees?

We do have a limited number of partial scholarships available. They are dispersed by financial need and funds available. If you would like to attend the NWLC and have a financial need, please email suzie@wlmag.com and let her know about your circumstances so she can submit your request to our financial board.
